Nathan Montgomery is a dedicated real estate professional with a diverse background in corporate America and executive leadership within the nonprofit sector. A Florida native, Nathan also spent several years in the scenic mountains of East Tennessee before returning to the Space Coast, where he now proudly helps clients navigate one of life’s most important decisions.

Nathan is married to his partner of 13 years, and together they are raising their six daughters, which has shaped his deep appreciation for community, home, and connection. He is passionate about the lifestyle the Space Coast offers—from its beautiful beaches to the excitement of rocket launches and everything Central Florida has to offer.

In addition to real estate, Nathan is the co-host of The Jerry and Nathan Show alongside his spouse, and the host of #LetsChat, a podcast focused on all things real estate. When he’s not working with clients, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, often soaking up the Florida sunshine at the local beaches.
